I'm not sure that it's an accomplishment from this week alone, but, this week I've realized that my relationship with food has definitely evolved, progressed, and started to heal over the past 6 week. Yesterday I commented that my nutrition was 🔥, and in the past, that would've meant that I ate "perfect". No bad foods, no cheat meals, no high calorie days, etc. Now it means that I'm listening to my body's cues. I've eaten things this past month that I would've restriced myself from before, and then eventually would have eaten and felt like I had no control... which would have been followed by a lot of guilt and feelings of failure.
